Previous Post I oppose abortion because it’s unethical. My opinion wouldn’t change if I were a woman, or an atheist, or if men could give birth. A fetus attains personhood faster than the law says it does, and I believe that abortion should be reserved for extreme cases that threaten the life of the mother, or when the child is a product of incest. I believe abortion in the case of rape is punishing the child for its father’s crime, but I believe it should be an option at a trauma psychologist’s discretion.
