People keep asking for clarification because you answered a yes or no question with a vague answer. You use “kinda” and “might” in your answer and that makes it difficult for people to determine whether or not you support something they want no interaction with. All they want to know is yes or no. Do you ship it in any capacity?

And here we go again, asking a yes/no question using a term that has multiple meanings. Let me be as clear as I possibly can:

If by “ship” you mean endorsement in any sense, as in this should be canon or this is healthy or okay, NO.

If by “ship” you mean it to include fan creation on the subject without any endorsement whatsover of the subject matter, then YES. As I discussed in my first ask on the subject, however (link), by this metric many of the metas and edits currently called anti reylo content should actually be called reylo content.

Not disagreeing with you but what about when a man rejects a woman and the woman complains about being friendzoned? It can’t be an issue of misogyny in that case, so what is it?

It’s an issue of the woman being an entitled ass just like the man who complains about being FZ’d is. The reason we gender this issue is because feeling entitled to a person’s romantic/sexual attention while devaluing their friendship is not just an individual issue but a cultural one based on societal misogyny. So it tends to happen more often with men and it tends to be more serious with more social and cultural pressure behind it. It certainly doesn’t mean individual women can’t be entitled and pushy.

Love how you pretended to gaf about the black people who suffer at the hands of reylo and you shipped that shit all along. Priceless. This is why I and other black fans realize that solidarity between black people and non-black POC is a myth. You have the luxury of being able to say this shit without getting your inbox blown up with racial slurs. I mean obviously I have the privilege not to have racist hatred directed against me, and have commented on this before. For that reason I am not the right person to take any kind of lead on the hatred Black fans face in fandom, and I have made that clear a number of times. The best I can do is support and validate Black fans, and if you now believe that was disingenuous on my part there’s nothing I can do to dissuade you. Like you said I do in fact have and always will have racist and antiblack biases and will continue to try to confront and examine them, but obviously that’s my own thing to do and no one is obligated to cheer me on or hold my hand through it.
