I finished the second draft of my Sook-Hee meta within a day of starting it, adding all kinds of new layers and perspectives that I missed the first time. I am amazingly productive when I’m procrastinating on other things. Next up is rewatching parts of TH to check if my memory and analyses hold up and giffing/screenshotting key scenes, but I am going to get some work and writing done first, I swear!

I did not expect to be crying so much writing Sook-Hee meta. I often cry while writing metas and stories because dooooork, but I had some really bad interactions with my emotionally abusive, homophobic shitstain of a father today and I guess that’s why I felt the need to start writing this meta. It is both therapeutic and painful. This is one of those metas I want to turn into a video eventually, but idk if I can keep my voice steady during some of the passages lmao

I am in no position whatsoever to speculate on the reasons one of my mutuals might or might not have blocked another blogger, a blogger who came to me on anon at that. I don’t care what anyone’s reasons for blocking someone else–including me–is, that is their prerogative and if you think they were unreasonable for it, well, then they weren’t much of a loss in the first place were they? I can understand being hurt if you were previously close to or admired the person who blocked you, but that’s the nature of online relationships and you’ll have to find some way to move on. At any rate I cannot help you in any way, except perhaps by providing my usual quality content to ease your pain.

So I’m far from done with this, but I’ve compiled a page of links to my meta-analytical posts (link). It’s accessible from the top menu in the desktop theme. I also put the page link in the description, but I don’t think it works on mobile. I did a word count and I’ve written over 25,000 words of Finn-centric meta alone, wow. I could write a book about him lmao.
