There is a completely.unconfirmed rumor on Reddit that Kathleen Kennedy is going to step down as head of Lucasfilm in September, and her successor will most likely be Kiri Hart, the African American head of LF storygroup who produced Rogue One.

She’ll need skin of steel if it happens, but I hope it happens.
