If I were for Kylo’s redemption it wouldn’t be because he’s white or because “Skywalker bloodline!!!!1!1!” (though that’s the same thing though isn’t it) it’d be because he’s the son of Han and Leia. But I’m not, because he’s the worst son ever, screw him for ruing his parents’ lives. And also because he keeps doing irredeemable stuff. Come on Reylos, it’s not happening.

Leia and Han both have kids who loved them and respect their legacy and it sure ain’t Ben–it’s Finn, Rey, and Poe. Benny boy can suck it.

When you say you want all out space war in IX, do you mean like Super Troopers (Ridiculously violent with dark humor) or the last 20 minutes of Rogue One? Or a little bit of both?

I want IX to finally reach the level of fights that the cinematic trailers for the Old Republic game has. Seriously, those are some of them most impressive and emotional fights in all Star Wars and most of the time there’s no context to what the hell is going on.

Seriously why are the games so many light years ahead of the movies? From KOTOR 2 being more thoughtful and creative about the Force than all the movies combined to a Battlefront 2 single player DLC doing TLJ’s theme better in 40 minutes than TLJ itself did in 2.5 hrs?

I think that Kylo has too many temper tantrums for me to think that he’s not driven by anger in large part, and then there’s his fear and hatred of Luke. And the reason I had him die in the second movie in my version is that I don’t think it’s subversive enough for him to be the main villain; people like him IRL are happy to gravitate to the villainized. I think it’d be more effective for him to be ultimately a side villain who never mattered at all, whose story this wasn’t in any capacity.

I think Kylo’s original characterization could have gone either way–as someone who’s known a lot of suffering or simply an entitled prick who’s used to getting his own way. Looking back, though, the latter works better because it smacks of someone who never learned self-control, especially when compared with the iron control of Vader who really did lose everything. I expected Kylo to die at Snoke’s hands, too, I certainly didn’t expect him to kill Snoke lol. Good for him though, I applaud his villainous promotion.
